  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed, confirmed, or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order cannot be fulfilled due to unavoidable circumstances

To request a refund:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
